Is it against the law to photograph suspects? Maybe Deputy Buford P. Cletus is just unclear on his legal terms. I think I read somewhere that in South Carolina, all you have to do to get a job in law enforcement is pass a written test which is heavily populated with Smokey and the Bandit questions.
