It's so hard
I have to wonder, is it really that hard to set a building up so when it gets warmer than average outside during the fall and winter so that the building does not then turn into an oven? How long as air conditioning existed? This problem hasn't been solved yet? Does it require a technician to flip the switch over from heat to cool? Why has no one in maintenance even been to our library yet? Ridiculous.
