Bush bashing

It's been a while so here we go.

"George Bush taking credit for increased salmon populations is like a sailor taking credit for the tides," said Sen. Joe Lieberman, D-Conn., who is running for president.

I am curious to know what it is exactly that Bush thinks he did to help the little fishies. Perhaps he thought them into existence much like the weapons of mass destruction.
